Jennifer Russell is a dyed-in-the-wool entrepreneur, having worked exclusively in high impact start-ups, most recently as president of an environmental chemical company, bringing over 40 new technology products to market. Her dedication to the intersection between creativity and productivity made her famous for “getting more done by accident than most people get done on purpose.” Whether its guiding a cancer drug through the arduous process of testing and development or guiding an entrepreneur through the harrowing process of creating their business, Jennifer’s insight and inspiration are bar none. What Makes Jennifer Tick There’s a word for me that sticks out and is one of the most important in my life. When I have this in my lifeI am on fireI am happyI am living my purpose…and that word is IMPACT. If I’m living a life where I’m impacting myself, you, and others there is a ripple effect happening. The world is a little different, someone who we’ve reached is a little bit happier, freer, or more successful because we interacted and I am absolutely living my purpose. I’ve been a long time student of leadership, which I define as how to change the hearts and minds of those around us to create a future that wouldn’t have happened anyway. I’ve been a keen observer of how and why we are influenced and what mechanics of change are at play in our lives which both keep us exactly where we are and help move us into completely new paradigms. In order to live a life where we are leading ourselves and others, we must realize that we are truly at the helm. We must realize that we are all a conflagration of parts and each of those parts have a unique and different set of desires, a unique and different set of ideas, and a unique mindset about the world. The more alignment we can create amongst our own parts and those of the people we interact with, the more powerfully we can lead others towards helping create our vision of the world. The true measure of greatness is our capacity to navigate between our opposites with agility and grace – to accept ourselves exactly as we are, but never to stop trying to be better. When I go home at night and you are successful, I’m literally brought to tears. My blood boils when I see you stumble needlessly. I’m a force to be reckoned with and I’m going to apply that force towards you and what you want and use that strength to help you have more access to choice and freedom. A Brief ‘Her’story: I have always had an insatiable curiosity which fueled a deep desire to leave an impact on the planet…’leaving it better than I found it!’ As a a young child I became an avid seeker and student of physics, philosophy, metaphysics, and human transformation as a means to understand more about how we and the universe really ticks. I said to myself….”I’m going to learn science so I can save the world.” So my story starts with me going into science to see how we can use our creative minds to develop technologies that can have a positive impact on the planet. I studied biochemistry and my career began in the biotech sector where I ran product development at a cutting edge technology company. I got in at the ground level of an incredible organization whose mission was to use the absolute best that science had to offer to solve some of the world’s biggest problems. My role quickly became to work with scientists to develop, market, and sell our technologies. In my career I have launched over 40 products into the market place from cancer drugs to consumer products, from nutraceuticals to pharmaceuticals, from agricultural products to personal care products….a wide array of technologies in a variety of industries all with the common purpose of leaving the world better than we found it. I later became President and board member of another environmental technology firm who had created a way to reduce and even eliminate the VOC emissions in various industries. Here we were beginning to partner with some of the world’s largest manufacturers of polymers, inks, plastics, and coatings to replace their current technologies with our unique zero VOC additives. Fast forward to today where I have now joined forces with my partner in life and in love Bryan Franklin to create and bring forth some of the most impactful group experiences on the planet. We joined together to widen the scope of what either of us was doing on our own and have now become the trusted advisors, coaches, and mentors of executive teams and entrepreneurs around the country.

In today’s regulatory environment the significant reduction of these hazardous air pollutants is not only environmentally responsible, but is also federally and locally mandated in the US and abroad. The Company believes that its technologies provide a solution to some of the industries major formulation challenges. The Company developed a line of performance enhancing additives for the industry and created relationships with some of North America’s largest raw material suppliers, distributors, and producers of paint and coatings products.
